Joanna grew up playing soccer and gymnastics, while running around outside until dark with her family. Her love of being active and wanting to help others drove her to pursue a bachelor's in Exercise Science and later a master's in Integrative Human Physiology. She started her career as a strength & conditioning coach for high school, college, tactical and professional athletes at the National Strength & Conditioning Association, U.S. Army, and at Central Washington University. Although she enjoyed coaching athletes in the weight room, she knew there was more than just strength and conditioning. In 2018, she began working with veterans as a health and wellness coach and discovered a new passion for learning and educating others about the importance of sleep & recovery. Today, she focuses on educating others on how to improve sleep quality, while performing at their absolute best.
